It ultimately depends on the individual's interests and goals. If someone is interested in learning about video editing and wants to develop their skills in that area, then watching video editing programs would be more beneficial. On the other hand, if someone is looking for entertainment and nostalgia, then watching TV series from the 2000s might be a better choice. It's important to consider one's priorities and what they hope to gain from their viewing experience. **

One can get clips for editing from TV series by using online platforms such as YouTube, where many TV series have official channels that provide clips for promotional purposes. Additionally, there are websites that offer stock footage and clips for purchase or download, such as Shutterstock or Adobe Stock. Another option is to use video editing software that allows users to capture clips directly from streaming services or DVDs of TV series. **

Old movies flicker during editing because they were shot on film, which consists of individual frames that are played back at a certain speed to create the illusion of motion. When these frames are being edited, the film passes through a projector or editing machine at a consistent speed, but due to wear and tear on the film or the equipment, the frames may not always be perfectly aligned, causing flickering. Additionally, the flickering effect can also be a result of the frame rate of the film not matching the playback speed of the editing equipment. **

Movies are not typically filmed with editing programs, but rather with cameras and other production equipment. However, once the footage is captured, it is then edited using specialized editing programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, and DaVinci Resolve. These programs allow filmmakers to cut, arrange, and enhance the footage to create the final movie. **

A common benchmark for video editing of streaming videos is the rendering time. This measures how long it takes for the video editing software to process and export the final edited video. A faster rendering time indicates better performance and efficiency of the software. Other benchmarks may include the ability to handle high-resolution videos, support for various video formats, and the availability of advanced editing features such as color correction, transitions, and special effects. **

The new Chromebook is good for streaming, as it is equipped with a high-quality display and powerful processors that can handle streaming content smoothly. However, it may not be the best option for video editing, as Chromebooks typically have limited storage and processing power compared to traditional laptops or desktop computers. While basic video editing tasks can be performed on a Chromebook, more intensive editing may be challenging due to hardware limitations. If video editing is a primary concern, it may be worth considering a different device with more robust capabilities. **
