Capoeira can be considered one of the most difficult training disciplines due to its unique combination of physical demands, including strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination. The acrobatic movements, complex sequences, and rhythmic elements require a high level of skill and dedication to master. Additionally, the cultural and historical aspects of Capoeira add another layer of complexity to the training. Overall, while Capoeira may not be the most difficult training for everyone, it certainly presents a significant challenge for those who practice it. **

No, I am not totally inflexible in Capoeira. Flexibility is an important aspect of Capoeira, and I work on improving my flexibility through regular stretching and conditioning exercises. Being flexible allows me to execute the acrobatic movements and kicks with more ease and fluidity. However, I understand that everyone has different levels of flexibility, and I focus on improving my own flexibility rather than comparing myself to others. **

Capoeira is an effective martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music with fighting techniques. It emphasizes fluid movements, kicks, and sweeps, making it a versatile and effective form of self-defense. Additionally, the acrobatic movements and constant motion in Capoeira can make it challenging for opponents to predict and counter, adding to its effectiveness as a martial art. However, like any martial art, its effectiveness ultimately depends on the skill and training of the practitioner. **

Yes, Capoeira is a very good and strong training. It combines elements of martial arts, dance, and acrobatics, making it a full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, and endurance. The dynamic movements and constant shifting between attack and defense also enhance agility and coordination. Additionally, the rhythmic aspect of Capoeira helps improve cardiovascular fitness and overall body control. Overall, Capoeira is an effective and challenging training that offers a wide range of physical benefits. **

Capoeira can be effective in self-defense situations due to its emphasis on fluid movements, acrobatics, and deceptive techniques. The combination of kicks, sweeps, and takedowns can be used to defend against attackers. However, its effectiveness may vary depending on the practitioner's skill level, physical fitness, and ability to apply the techniques in a real-life scenario. It is important to remember that self-defense is not just about physical techniques, but also about situational awareness and de-escalation skills. **

Capoeira can be effective on the street in certain situations, as it incorporates elements of self-defense and evasion techniques. However, its effectiveness may depend on the practitioner's skill level and ability to adapt to real-life confrontations. Additionally, the acrobatic and dance-like movements of Capoeira may not always be practical in a street fight, as they can leave the practitioner vulnerable to more direct and aggressive attacks. Ultimately, the effectiveness of Capoeira on the street depends on the individual's training, experience, and ability to apply its techniques in a practical and effective manner. **
